The rooms at Mercure Beziers were exceptionally comfortable and ideal, with a bedroom, a kettle, and an extra bed. the staff provided excellent service, and were friendly and courteous. - the hotel's location was marvelous, situated near bars and three different restaurants.

The location was marvelous and easy; a Roman Catholic church was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was really close to the railway station and two excellent restaurants for dinner: L'Autrement and the well-known gastronomie Octopus, both just a short walk away.

The rooms we booked here were high-class and well-appointed with a comfortable bed in a fairly clean and spacious place.

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fruits, cereals, crepes, omelettes. The Nespresso machine and chocolate pouches were a nice touch. The breakfast room had a lively atmosphere and a large TV screen for news updates. The hotel had modern and clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable beds. The location was ideal for exploring the old town and the private garage was a welcome feature.

My 1 night in Beziers were excellent! Everything was great, new-fashioned and excellent quality room for a large suitcase. The hotel had an easy location next door to Palais des Congres Event Venue.

Convenient location and comfy beds

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and was pleased with its convenient location near the city center. The beds were comfy and provided a good night's sleep after a long day at work. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi connection, which enabled me to catch up on work emails and research online.

My overall experience at this hotel was not great. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, making it difficult to address any issues I had during my stay.
